Not only will you gain valuable knowledge, but you’ll also have a blast bonding with your child and you’ll get to meet other amazing moms who will become lifelong friends and support systems.
Prenatal Classes
The Mommy Center is a comprehensive resource for all things related to prenatal and postpartum care. Find various classes from Birthing 101 to Baby Care 101, Baby Safety 101 and Thriving in the Fourth Trimester.
Mommy & Me Series
The Mommy Center offers a signature 10-week mommy and me series, which is organized by baby’s age. The program is designed to help parents learn from professionals and connect with other parents in their community. The Mommy Center provides a supportive environment for new parents to learn and grow with their babies, making it a one-stop-shop for all their needs.
Daddy & Me Series
A class just for the dads. Fatherhood is fun – but it is also challenging. There are a lot of expectations that come with becoming a dad as well as significant changes in the relationship.
During this 8 week session, you will learn how to be a more confident father and partner. This is your chance to vent, ask questions and connect with fellow dads who get it! Additionally, you get some alone time to bond with your baby and have fun!
Kids Classes
The Mommy Center offers playgroups and Chat n’ Play classes for children aged 1-2 and 2-4 years old. These programs are designed to facilitate learning through play and sensory exploration in a supportive environment. Parents can enjoy watching their children learn and develop while connecting with other parents and making new friends. The best part is that parents do not have to worry about cleaning up after the children as the center takes care of it all. The Mommy Center’s playgroups and Chat n’ Play classes provide a fun and engaging way for both parents and children to socialize and learn together.
Social Events
Connect with moms who are going through the same things as you – moms who just had a baby, are exhausted, sleep deprived, overwhelmed, excited, happy, sad, angry, confused, annoyed, and thrilled to find their mom tribe.
Join for Moms’ Night Out, Moms’ Retreats, Playdates and more. Our regularly scheduled Moms’ Events range from Macrame Craft Night, to dinner & drinks, beach days, exercise classes, spa nights, crafting nights and day trips to other cities.
