Salt Creek Beach Trail

Salt Creek Beach Trail: 

Street parking along Camino del Avon (once you pass Barkentine Boulevard look for parking) and walk along until you see an an extrance onto the path that goes down and left under Camino del Avon.

This is an in and out 1.4 mile paved walking/biking path trail to Salt Creek Beach.

This stroller friendly trail follows along the Monarch Beach Golf Club (watch all the golf carts from the trail) and even a spot along the trail to stop at the Monarch Cafe (public welcome) – Coastal California Cuisine with refreshments, food, cocktails & beer.

Continue along the path through the tunnel and follow the path and go left and take one of the paths down to Salt Creek Beach.

Young’s Beach Cafe with outdoor seating with stunning ocean views the menu features fresh seafood, comfort foods, beach picnic supplies, a coffee bar, beer and wine.

Salt Creek Park is also here – a large grass area on the hill with picnic tables, BBQ, basketball court and parking lot at the top (parking is $1/hr).

Dogs allowed on the trail but not on the beach.
