Monday: Morning Meet Ups 10-12pm
2nd & 4th Monday of every month – Meet other families at the library! We will have toys, books, and learning materials available for your children. Start off the week with family time and conversations with other families at the library! Recommended for children 0 – 4 years accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Open to children of all ages! Read to a trained, furry friend from The Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc. because even dogs like to hear a good tail chasing tale now and then!

Wednesday: Luna, Luna! Bilingual Pajama Storytime 6:30pm
Put on your coziest pajamas, grab your favorite stuffed animal, and join us for our bilingual storytime and crafts on Wednesday evenings. Enjoy sweet stories and fun songs, in English and Spanish!

Thursday: Once Upon a Storytime 10am
Ages 0-3 with a caregiver. Once upon a time… a baby came to storytime and fell in love with reading! Delightful stories, fun rhymes, and engaging songs will have little ones clapping, singing, and bouncing along. Counting, colors, and fingerplays lay a foundation for kindergarten success.

HANGAR DIY LAB Open to adults and teens ages 14+ with a valid library card, ID and signed waiver. Makers ages 9-13 with supervision from a parent or guardian. Children under 9 are welcome during family programs
Placentia Library welcomes you to The Hangar, a place to design, build, tinker, explore, and create! Use our maker equipment to develop your projects, pick up a new hobby, or get expert advice from our resident Tinkerer.
You can use a laser cutter, sewing machine, glue gun and more!
