The Discovery Cube is a nonprofit hands-on science museum created to inspire and educate young minds through engaging science based programs and exhibits.
Here are a few things you can do here:
- Grab a shopping cart and scan items to complete challenges
- Play the Race to Recycle and pick items off the conveyer belt that match with green waste, recyclables and food waste
- Take a helicopter tour – watch a screen as you feel like you are gliding all over Orange County
- Visit Mission Control
- Visit the Science of Hockey exhibit to hop on a Zamboni, hit some pucks into the goal and sock skate like you are on the ice
- Test your skills by dodging the laser beams to complete the challenge
- Lay on a bed of nails
- Climb on the tree house, visit with the stuffed animal gorillas and learn more about the rainforest
- Race your car along the track
