La Palma Halloween Carnival

Join La Palma’s safe, family-oriented alternative to the traditional trick-or-treat! Kids and families can choose from a variety of activities such as carnival games, costume contest, treats, and giveaways. There is no cost to attend. Food and drink will be available for purchase brought to you by the Kiwanis Club of La Palma.
